Paul Peterson started his creative career in 1994 designing concert posters, logos, newspapers and magazines. Before long he ended up as director of marketing for a software company in San Diego, California, surfing and playing in a touring punk rock band when time permitted. After too many years of corporate life, he moved to Prague, Czech Republic and attended Prague Film School to study cinematography. Through connections while playing in a punk rock band, he shot his first music video in Paris, France for a school project.

He has since worked in Stockholm, Sweden at CNRG Film as editor and cameraman, Southie Studios/Film Factory in Boston as cinematographer and lighting/camera tech & editor, and directed music videos in Prague, Paris and Stockholm, along with various documentary and film projects.

In late 2008 Paul accepted the position of New Media Manager in the Mayor's Office in Portland, Oregon and spent the next three years producing short videos and managing social media. At the end of 2011 he took a three month sabbatical in Amsterdam and worked on some video projects; most notably as Director of Photography on a Wieden + Kennedy-produced music-related commercial.

He currently resides in Portland, Oregon and works on music, film and documentary projects.
